Ryan with another of his ten freakn year plans. What part of repeal doesn't he understand.
The problem is of course they don't want to nuke the filibuster rule. Why? because then they won't have an excuse for getting things done quick. These GOPers will be able to stretch things out and get more lobbyist money and get more TV and Radio exposure. It all BS.
NUKE THE FILIBUSTER NOW OR FOREVER FORGET WINNING ANOTHER ELECTION.
