These Yale law students have failed hilariously to read the plain language of the amendment (emphasis mine):
“Whenever the Vice President AND a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments OR of such other body as Congress may by law provide...”
It’s an AND/OR clause! Even if Congress provided another body to evaluate the fitness of the President, they would still require the Vice President to consent to the decision as well. Without Mike Pence signing on, any such scheme would be D.O.A.

College has outlived its usefulness. There are better ways of getting an education and better ways to train for a career. Sad to say, the system is so entrenched that things are unlikely to change any time soon.
This is pitiful. These future lawyers are the example of the products coming from one of the “premier” law schools? No wonder our country is in such bad shape if these are examples of those working in our legal system. Of course we already have daily examples of such idiots with the liberal judges making rulings based on their liberal orthodoxy and not the law.
