If the Executive Branch got an order, they have to retain it. As far as I know, it would be impossible for an order to be sealed with respect to those who asked for it and are going to rely on it.

They were arrogant enough to think they could because they expected HilLIARy to win and keep it hidden. No way the Federal Courts could rule for Obamacare or against a legal executive order, either. I won’t count on fallout sticking until I see the orange jumpsuits.
