This whole affair is turning absolutely inside out delicious relative to the initial spurious and baseless accusations of “Russian interference”. The entire 0bama DOJ is on the verge on entrapping themselves. Not that I expect anything to come of it, other than getting to the bottom of what happened.

Hey you gotta give it to the Dems. They’ve got real huevos and no one can spin a story to look like they’re the innocent ones like them. The Republicans should be taking lessons from them.

Chuckles needs to worry about his own Saranac Lake fiasco. Those of us in NYS are not impressed that he endangers our communities.

Since becoming minority leader he has been making some exceptionally poor decisions (even worse than low-bar normal.)

The judges certainly were not “elected”. I read it was 3 Bill Clinton appointees.

So Trump is in trouble whether Obama is telling the truth or is lying?

“...What does Drudge mean by stating dems smell blood in the water...”

The RATs doe “smell blood in the water”. They think it’s Trump’s, but in reality, it is their own. They have used their own tongues to lick razor blades.

No, it seems clear they got a warrant the 2nd time. But they omitted the name “Trump” from the request. Withholding material information from a FISA affadavit is perjury, a felony. So we shall see...

"On the other hand, if it's true, it's even worse for the president," Schumer said. "Because that means that a federal judge, independently elected, has found probable cause that the president, or people on his staff, have probable cause to have broken the law or to have interacted with a foreign agent."

What federal judges are elected? I can't think of any. All the ones I know about are appointed and confirmed.

It's a tad telling that Schumer would make such a gross misstatement of fact like this. It's almost as if he thought his attempt to further his own lie was more important than the facts were.

New Yorkers are some of the biggest idiots on two legs. This louse can stay in the senate forever. They won’t rediscover common sense in NY. Ain’t happening.

So why were there so many investigations into a Republican Presidential candidate and Republican Senators when the result was nothing?

How can anybody claim they weren’t politically motivated? All these people need to be removed from office. And now that there were investigations is somehow “evidence” that investigations are needed?

Of course Obama knew about all of it via daily intel briefs. There may not be any “official order” from him but all he’d have to say is “wouldn’t it be nice if we knew what Trump was saying?” and let his minions do the dirty work. Under Obama, it seems everyone was being wire-tapped.

If there were ever an obvious need for an investigation into all of this...

McCain could not be re-elected as a Democrat. He has to be a Republican betrayer.

“Now he has to jump parties or just retire.”

Or what? The most powerful man in Washington doesn’t have to do anything.

ohhhh...I did not know that they omitted the name. that is very interesting. I figured they went ahead and surveilled him without the warrant assuming he wasn’t going to win and would never find out. Then in October, when it wasn’t so obvious that he was going to lose, they figured they had better get a warrant and develop a good cover story just in case. The Russian conspiracy was their cover story. I really want to know more about the server named in the second warrant.
