It is. Obama’s activities involve many people, who are likely already under active surveillance & investigation now. As DoJ gets involved more publicly in coming weeks, they will be willing to sing to save their tails. I bet Mr. Obama’s little war room is pretty active this morning. I believe the acting Deputy AG was intentionally avoided in the succession plan Lynch put in place right before she left. That in and of itself give me some confidence in the guy, because they avoided him. Don’t know how true, but this guy is known for being apolitical and calls it how he sees it no matter what. They have to be soiling their pants this morning.

My View: DOJ will proceed quietly. Congress will be the one we watch, listen to, replay and post on YouTube. It will be great fun.
In the end it will be the DOJ investigation that counts. But the PR value of a Congressional Investigation will pay big dividends at the Ballot Box. And, hopefully, it will help squelch the Grand Obama Plan to Impeach Trump.

Statements from Graham seems that he really wants to distance himself from this. However, the way McCain has been sneaking around passing on fake information about Trump and the Russians, it really seems like McCain might be part of it.
Sessions has recused himself. A special prosecutor, most likely.
Add this to Spicer's "Neither the White House nor the President will comment further until such oversight is conducted" comment and I am concerned that this sounds like Trump is backing away from yesterday's fireworks, hoping it all goes away and people will forget about it.
I hope I'm wrong.
