The Democrat party has been moving yankee politicians into Virginia for several years. These carpetbaggers combined with the treachery of RINOs like former Sen. John Warner have crippled the Republican party in Virginia. The favorite RINO tactic when working with the Dems is to run a "libertarian" screwball to siphon off the margin of victory.

The RINO excuse is always "we are standing on principal" (the same sort of Lindsey Graham crap they tried to use against President Trump). In Virginia two casualties of this tactic are conservatives Oliver North and Ken Cuccinelli.

Combine that with the huge influx of New York and New Jersey liberals drawn by the proximity to Washington DC and tied to the expansion of the federal government during the Obama years, it has been a nightmare for real Virginians.

The research and documentation should be done by the private sector. Then hand it to law enforcement and prosecutors at all levels.

What does the governor have to do with it? In his official capacity zero. It is a matter for the prosecutors.

Scenario.
Identify the specific laws that define illegal voting.
Identify specific individuals who appear to have voted illegally.
Identify if in fact it was the registered individual who voted illegally...Or someone else who committed identity fraud to vote in the name that was not his.
Identify a specific law enforcement person who is willing to stick his neck out and ARREST or INDICT the law breakers.
Then and only then pressure the County, State and Federal prosecutors to prosecute.

Note. I have done all of the above steps. I have presented the hard evidence, affadavits from all 5 election judges (3 D, 2 R in one case) that fraud was committed, affadavits from registered voters that they had moved far away and in fact did not vote in the precinct where they formerly lived and that someone else (the accused) must have voted using their name.

In all cases I presented, and similar cases that friends presented, neither R nor D prosecutors would prosecute. Neither County, State nor Federal prosecutors would prosecute.

It is almost as if these prosecutors live in the swamp. You have heard of the Blue code where cops wont snitch on each other. Prosecutors (and the entire legal profession) seems to have a code that in order to keep the people’s faith in our democratic process, no hint of election fraud should be allowed credence.
