The way things work on Capitol Hill is that each member of Congress runs almost like a little mom and pop business, and auxiliary office functions like IT are usually contracted out — but within the public sector. In the case of the Brothers Awan, they were quite popular with House Democrats — perhaps thanks to Wasserman Schultz’s recommendation.

And what an august client list the Awans, who hail from Pakistan, amassed. Some 50 or so, in fact, including…

All three of the Pakistani brothers had been employed by Democrats. The offices that employed them included HPSCI minority members Speier, Carson and Joaquín Castro. Congressman Castro, who also sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, utilized the services of Jamal Moiz Awan. Speier and Carson’s offices utilized Imran Awan.

Abid A. Awan was employed by Lois Frankel and Ted Lieu: members of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. Also on the committee is Castro. As is Robin Kelly whose office employed Jamal Awan. Lieu also sits on the subcommittees on National Security and Information Technology of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Americans demand to see the campaign contributions to the eight members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

The eight Democrat members issued a letter to then DNC-Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The Democrat Congressmen demanded that their staffers be granted access to top secret classified information.

The signatories to the letter were Democrat Congressmen (a) Andre Carson, (b) Luis Guiterez, (c) Jim Himes, (d) Terri Sewell, (e) Jackie Speier, (f) Mike Quigley, (g) Eric Swalwell, and, (h) Patrick Murphy.

Some of the named Democrats had a history of attempting to undermine national security. Two Democrats have been linked to an emerging security breach.

The office of Andre Carson, the second Muslim in Congress, employed IT’er Imran Awan. As did the offices of Jackie Speier and Cong Debbie Wasserman Schultz (then DNC Chair).

The Democrats letter demanding intel access had been addressed to then-DNC Chair Cong Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Florida Democrat Debbie Wasserman Schultz, onetime DNC chair...got dumped for email improprieties.

I am sure he has a long list of items that he is constantly choosing among for a variety of objectives. He refuses to play by their “rules”.
