I for one, am really sick and tired of supporting Mexico with my tax dollars and watching my fellow citizens suffer from illegals and the crime they bring.
I think their major complaint is that other than Mexicans will be deported to Mexico and they do not have the resources to deal with getting them back home. They probably should have thought about this prospect before they allowed free transit through their country. When you think about this, it is a good way to get them to cut off the Central Americans pouring across our border.
FINE! Then to make Mexico happy, Trump should announce, effective immediately,
the USA will adopt Mexico’s immigration policies.

Running immigrants across the border is big money.
Since we have all heard that illegal aliens are great for America I think, out of compassion, that Mexico should keep their citizens for themselves. After all, a great nation like the US shouldn’t be comfortable taking charity from a pauper nation.
The DEA, and ATF get lots of $ for letting them do it too. That’s why all the pushback.
To defend our borders we need corruption rooted out. Problem is the cancer is so widespread that excising it will cause major problems in the short term to the host.
Send them all to Canada. We generous fools want more pain. A little trickle in the past few months and the do gooders are already whining and asking for federal dollars.

Has anyone in the media bothered to look at Mexico’s immigration laws, which are some of the most restrictive and draconian in the world. To Mexican politicians, EVERYTHING is a matter of national sovereignty.
We are fuming that these folks are here at all.
Reminds me of the joke where the Virginia mountain boy was gonna get married and his kin folks were asking him about his woman. He proudly exclaimed she was a virgin at which they all told him he couldn't marry her - if she wasn't good enough for her own kin, she wasn't good enough for him....
If Trump targets Mexican illegals and ignores the 40%+ of illegals who are Canadian, Asian, etc does Trump run the risk of failure?
I see/hear wide support/sympathy for Mexican illegals.
Does anyone have even anecdotal stories of unemployed citizens replacing illegals looking for work in Home Depot parking lots? Or citizens flocking to fast food and hospitality employers to replace the illegals?
Until we see hard evidence of some good effect this might become a nightmare for Trump. The swing voters who went for Trump did so despite his positions of immigration and free trade. The swing voters who did not vote for Trump did so mostly over immigration and free trade.
Will Trump soon jump the shark?

I don’t know if there has been as hostile an invasion/immigration strategy as Mexico’s in history without inciting war in return.

The Japanese elite politicians/war lords had no problem kids on suicide missions.
Just like today’s Muslim leaders have no problem sending their kids on suicide missions.
Unsecured borders have consequences. It’s time for Mexico to grow up and take care of it’s own citizens as well as those who have entered their country from central America.
