A Syrian migrant who was recently sentenced by a Swedish court to two months in prison for brutally raping a 13-year-old girl in a school toilet and sexually abusing a 14-year-old victim has yesterday appealed the verdict.
His lawyer wants the former refugee, who is either 18 or 19 years old, set free immediately. Alternatively, the serial child rapist should be sentenced to a much lighter sentence, the lawyer has stated according to Sveriges Radio.
The attorney asked for another ruling in the case because his client was supposedly ‘only’ 17 years old when committing the crimes, that were carried out with just a few weeks in between.
During the initial trial against the youth, it appeared that he was registered as 18 years of age when entering Sweden. However, the court subsequently raised questions. Freshly produced documents from the assailant’s home country somehow ‘proved’ to the judges that he was actually one year younger than previously stated, turning him into a minor at the times of the rapes.
‘The sex was voluntary’
The attack on the 13-year-old was the most brutal of the two crimes. Just before Christmas, the girl was violently raped in her own school in Östersund, an urban area in the middle of Sweden, after meeting the migrant through Snapchat.
The Syrian forcibly dragged the victim to the school restrooms. Once there, he locked the doors and raped her, both vaginally and anally. After the sex attack, the man threatened the child with violence if she would go to the police. When apprehended by police, the man stated that the “sex was voluntary,” even though the girl had been injured during the attack.
The older victim, who had also claimed rape, was nearly 15 years old and therefore close to Sweden’s age of sexual consent, the court considered, miraculously turning the rape into ‘sexual exploitation of a child’.
It is unclear why the lawyer believes his appeal could succeed since the judges in the initial verdict already accepted the possibility of the Syrian being a minor during his misdeeds.

In another shocking court case, three young men have been convicted of the aggravated rape, rape and assault of a minor boy in a park in the city of Vasteras. The attack, that happened in October, was committed by migrants in the age of 17 to 19 years old, Folk Bladet reports.
One of the rapists has now been imprisoned for two years and three months, the other two were punished with one year and five months in youth custody. All of the youngsters will be deported after serving their sentences. They’re also ordered to financially compensate the victim.
Yeah and that world council on human rights is fighting for them.
But Sweden has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and years of effort to get their hands on Assange when the condom broke and woman isn’t pursuing it. Yeah, I believe that. /s

Mankind does not like following the law. Swedish _court_ cannot even equally enforce law. Muslims don’t get special considerations over the people would have lived there for thousands of years.
Sadly most of Europe will never get to hear all these rapes and crimes.

This is sickening on so many levels, whether it be the Swedish government protecting these monsters, the Swedes electing the government that is protecting them, or the MSM attacking Trump for talking about this.
But Trump is such an idiot, making up “alternate facts”, because nothing happened in Sweden last Friday. /S
