California is putting pressure on other states to effectively violate the Constitutions Clause 1 of Section 10 of Article I by recognizing people being misguided by pro-LGBT bully activists as a privileged / protected class, the Founding States having made that clause to prohibit from the states from establishing such classes.

California is arguably making 14th Amendment history by making policy which is arguably helping to foster the unlawful abridgement of enumerated rights of citizens of other states who arent physically in California, the states prohibiting themselves from abridging enumerated rights when they ratiifed that amendment.
