What should be done,

1. for people who disregard the evocation order and are endangered?

2. to people who disregard the evocation order and are endangered?

If people are unable to bring or recall a feeling, memory, or image to the conscious mind just what do you propose to do to remedy that situation?

I read about that. That’s the fifth or sixth time I think in the past few weeks. Lots and lots of snow.

Be careful about driving in even low flood conditions.
I had a mechanic check the connecting rods on a quad 4 engine after a client drove through standing water, rushing to get his wife to the hospital.
We conjectured that water was somehow sucked into the engine through the air intake and hydraulic pressure actually bent the rod.

My home town. I’m not surprised at all. There’s been extreme amounts of rain.

Here’s a much earlier version of the song, perhaps the original:

“85 miles northeast of the Reno-Lake Tahoe area”

That covers a lot of area.

Trump is wanting to repair the infrastructures. Good thing.

Checked the Highland Lakes chain of dams in Texas this morning. They’re at 99% full and Lake Travis (Austin) is at 103% full. And that’s after letting Lake LBJ fill up. It’s been at this level for weeks. Thinking outside the box, how about letting a bit flow on downstream before the spring rains come?

I was responding to the point that Kalifornia is the one getting hammered. And yes I know where Dayton is. Not at all worried about the dam on Tahoe.

I was there visiting family on January 1st. I was disappointed because there wasn’t a snowflake in sight.

It started snowing the day I left and hasn’t stopped.

There is nothing of any sort of a reservoir near Dayton, NV. Furthermore, why is WHIO an Ohio station running this?

Don’t trust the Sheriff’s Dept. Tell your friend to trust his instincts.

I’m on a county line and during our last big flood, saw and heard LEOs and EMS a stone’s throw away on a street in the neighboring county telling people to evacuate. Saw videos of houses and businesses under water. Was monitoring the tv news that was non-stop on the floods. Our Sheriff’s Dept. told me several times there was no flood. We loaded up and headed to higher ground when the water got almost to the porch. The next morning someone’s kitchen cabinets were on our deck. A couple days later, even the water authority told me they weren’t flooding us out by opening the dam gates as I watched the water rising. Houses down at the low end of our street and other streets were totally under water. But, hey, no flooding here. Nope, no flooding. Nothing to worry about.
