I saw them in action last summer at my lake house. They were fighting a fire across the lake and scooping the water up not 50 yards from my dock. Very cool to watch and they looked really fun to fly. The pilots looked like they were having a blast.
I timed them making a scoop and a drop and a second scoop and drop in less than 3 min. They had the fire out in no time.
