It is a poorly written headline because it leaves out the cause of death, which was probably a choke hold or chest compression or such. In other words, he did not die from crashing the checkpoint. He died in connection with the arrest. Or so it sounds.
That’s very unfortunate, but how did he put himself in such a position to have that happen?
