Exclusive: Larry Klayman demands FCC pull license from 'Communist News Network'
My column will get right to the point. CNN, which has morphed from the Clinton News Network to the Communist News Network under the stewardship of its ultra leftist, Harvard-educated, 5-foot-6-inch dwarf of a president, Jeff Zucker, was sued today before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The complaint, which is self- explanatory, is excerpted below.
"Freedom Watch and its Leftist Media Strike Force hereby respectfully demand regulatory enforcement action against CNN to fine, discipline and revoke any and all licenses from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for CNN, or any other legal and appropriate remedial action.
" inciting assassination of the elected President and Vice President, and the Speaker of the House, amounts in effect to treason against the U.S. Constitution and the peaceful transition of power. This is an indictable criminal offense or series of offenses, and it surely violates the regulatory right of CNN to operate under Federal Communications Commission, its enabling statute and regulations.

CNN is NOT fake news. They are “very fake news”!
“Yelling Fire in a crowded theater argument” insert here...
you do realize that CNN has an average viewer count of around 900,000 in a population of some 330 million. pretty sure they are fading on their own....
(Of course my total and utter disgust of anything clinton could've influenced my feelings.)
The way we characterize CNN today, is the very way Fox, Drudge and Brietbart will be characterized in 8, 12, 16 or 20 years from now.
There are couple of ways to look at this, both valid:
1. Demonstrate a commitment to absolutely free press and take some pain to prove it. Hope the American people remember it when the shoe is on the other foot and the commies are moving to silence us.
2. Assume the commies will one day prevail and silence us...if we don’t stop them now. Every action is OK if it’s pointed at this goal.
Personally, I waver between the two.
“I believe any media, of any type, should be able to publish anything they damn well please. True or not.”
If that’s the case, then the first amendment for the media needs to be overturned.
This is crazy talk. People really have no sense of strategy whatsoever. This would probably be the stupidest thing Trump could do even if he could do it, which he cant.
Easier way to do this. Fairness Doctrine. If you are reporting the news, it must be reporting and accurate. Opinions on a news show is forbidden. If you do not report the news to the people, you are no longer a source of government oversight meaning you are no longer a news station and should no be afforded first amendment rights.
That ends the majority of left wing news shows as well as sources of information like that AP and Reuters. It keeps the NY Slimes editorial page, but aside from that and the crossword, the paper will have to close down. CNN and the network media will have to relabel themselves as Entertainment.
This is how you destroy the left. You use their standards against them.
If CNN is the group that’s using long distance telephone equipment to see into the oval office - AND hiring lip readers - being ‘shut down’ is NOT enough...

I do not agree.
The First Amendment covers far more than the news. It also protects, especially, political opinion. That is what we are doing here, now.
That I see so-called conservatives advocating to undermine it...disgusts me.
One of the many lessons I learned in my long life is that no good ever came of talking to any reporter, as they all arrive on the scene with an agenda, and they only report information that seems to support their agenda. If your answers to a reporter’s questions don’t support their agenda, they’ll either not use your answer, or they’ll use your answer out of context to make it seem as if you support their agenda.
Yes, all reporters, no matter who they work for whether it’s CNN, CBS, Fox, etc., can’t be trusted to accurately report anything without it being tainted by their own personal opinions/bias, or that of their editor or network.
Elegantly said. Truth.
bttt
I had not heard that, about long lens camera shots and lip reading, but CNN has gone gorilla warfare out loud from long before such a rumor of possibly spying inside the Oval Office.
It’s a new day out there, isn’t it?
I think you mean telephoto equipment
Good afternoon.
Mr. Klayman started Judicial Watch and is a FReeper.
Good work Larry.
