I do not think any money has been spent on the bullet train yet other than cost estimates.

The dam was NOT repaired earlier because the leftist morons in charge in California apparently believe that due to climate change, they were in a permanent drought, never to recover.

As a result, no $$ was "wastefully" spent on something like emergency spillway concrete

The reservoir was FILLED early in the winter moisture season.

California was spending money on concrete for the looney train project but NOT damn repairs

California politicians are also big on supporting the illegal invasion by foreigners. Money spent to make American citizens safe was not as high a priority as spending money on other RAT projects. RAT politicians really are stupid.
