There is an easy solution to all this. First, make it easy for someone who has completed sex reassignment surgery, as attested to by the surgeon who did it, to change the sex on their birth certificate. Then make it illegal to use a bathroom not in alignment with your birth certificate.

Transgendered men and women have been using opposite sex restrooms without incident since restrooms existed. Why? Answer: Because they were unobtrusive and acted appropriately.

So?....Why all the upset over this issue now? When it comes to liberal-fascist-Marxism the issue is never the issue. It is something else.

Seems to me a man still has all the attractions he would normally have no matter how cut up he is. He would either still be attracted to women or men like a man would be, he would just be cut up to look more like a woman.
