By all accounts David Kriehn, of Noblesville, Indiana was a good person. He was a gentle and caring man.
“A good person,” Harry Straut told television station WTHR. “They guy you liked to hang out with as well as work with.”
Mr. Kriehn was a former missionary – who managed Famous Dave’s, a popular barbecue joint near Indianapolis.
“Dave was an inspirational leader,” Straut told the television station.”
He was the kind of leader who put others ahead of himself – a great American.
On Feb. 12th Mr. Kriehn was driving home from work in the wee hours of the morning when he was hit from behind on Interstate 465. The force of the impact flipped over his car – he was ejected.
Mr. Kriehn – a father and grandfather – died at a nearby hospital.
Police identified the motorist who struck Mr. Kriehn as Elizabeth Vargas Hernandez – a Mexican national. They say she did not have a driver’s license. They also say she was drunk.
And the Marion County Sheriff’s Office tells me Immigration Customs Enforcement has placed a hold on Ms. Hernandez.
She is no stranger to law enforcement. In 2015, she was accused of driving without a license – but she was not arrested. That’s according to the reporting of IndyChannel.com.
And WTHR reports a state police investigation “uncovered evidence that the woman entered the country illegally and has never held a driver’s license.”
How many more American citizens must die before our elected leaders take action?
Liberals want to protect people like the woman who killed Mr. Kriehn. They want to provide sanctuary to those who live among us illegally – those who would do us harm.
The cold hard reality is that David Kriehn, a father and grandfather, would still be alive today if only somebody had bothered to secure our borders.
Build that wall, Mr. President. Build it for people like David Kriehn.

No info on whether or not this was her first DUI, or if she has committed any other offenses. I swear I’ve seen that mugshot before...

When it became known that Mr Kriehn passed away, was Elizabeth Vargas Hernandez taken out to the parking lot of the local mexican TV station and executed on the spot?

She is not a USA citizen and she has committed MURDER! Any contrived rights thought up by bleeding-heart leftist attorneys are forfeit.
Do her and leave the body where it falls. Tell the TV people to clean up the mess.

Yep. It is a murder. She had no business being the US in the first place, no business driving, and no business do so drunk. Might as well be premeditated.

His son, also a doctor, was hit from behind by a Hispanic male. The Hispano spoke no English, had no driver's licence and naturally, no insurance. It happened that a San Jose policeman was close by and at the scene almost immediately. After assessing the situation, the policeman told the doctor that the perp spoke no English, had no driver's licence and naturally, no insurance. The doctor asks "Well, why don't you arrest him?" Policeman answered,"San Jose is a Sanctuary City, so we have to let him go" This happened on Winchester Blvd. in San Jose - a Sanctuary City.
The liberal view is that Mr. Kriehn is just another old white guy who probably held politically regressive opinions and didn’t count for very much in the grand scheme of things.
They obviously prefer to have a young, healthy and, most importantly, reliably Democratic Latina who can, along with the children she will inevitably produce, assist them in pulling down the hated patriarchal capitalist system and usher in the glorious (Democratic) party-led socialist future.
The fact that she is here illegally is just an administrative irregularity.

I was working a project in San Antonio a couple years ago. I stayed at a motel south of the city. The motel parking lot let out onto a one-way road.
One evening I was getting ready to go out to meet with other project members for dinner, and the desk clerk said to me “Take care exiting the parking lot - look up the road before pulling out.” I thought that was a curious thing to say, but he wouldn’t elaborate. Another motel guest came up to me and said “He won’t tell you, but I will: it’s the illegals around here. They drive around in their beat-up cars at night with their lights out; they think that helps hide from the cops or ‘La Migra’. When you drive, you gotta watch out for them. And if they hit you, they just get out of the car and run away; it’s an old car, whadda they care.”
Sure enough, before I pulled out from the parking lot, I gave a good look up the road, and saw one speeding down like a bat out of hell coming my way - no lights. I waited ‘til he passed before getting onto the road.
Indianapolis is becoming a Sanctuary city. The murderer illegal can hide out there.

Liberals protect people who want to kill traditional Americans, their families and our country. Too bad we can't deport white liberal elites along with the the illegals who help prop them up.
I live in N Nevada. The state, in it’s wisdom gave driver’s licenses to illegals a couple of years back.
MY insurance has gone up 42% since then, and I have ALWAYS carried Uninsured motorist coverage.
MY last ‘accident’ was Oct of 1966. My last ticket was for seat belts in about 1995.
On Social Security, a 42% increase is hard to swallow, when I have done nothing to deserve this.
