There were several trap questions today asking him to deny that anyone from his campaign had Russian contact before the election.
On another note there was way too much Flynn defense today to make the "he lied to Pence" story believable.
There is no Presidential election to overturn.
The Presidential popular vote charade which occurs in November is not in the Constitution, it is not under Congress’ Article I section 4 authority over Federal elections, and the Supreme Court and other Article III courts have no authority over it, either.
The President is chosen by the States through the mechanism of their appointment of electors, which is a SOLE and PLENARY power granted to 50 State Legislatures (plus 3 electors which Congress awarded itself in 1960).
The fact that all 50 states at present use the method of idiots voting to choose electors is an accident of history which could be changed by each state at any time, for good reason or no reason.
No Article III court has the power to compel a State Legislature to rescind its appointment of electors.
It’s over.
