A lot of Democrats do not pay income taxes now. They do not make or report enough income to pay taxes. They live off the government.
Well, since most of the anti-Trumpers are on the receiving end instead of the paying end, how is this going to make much difference.
What if we had done that under 0bama? What do you think would have happened?
So now they are tax protesters, advocates of local/small government, home-schooling, are buying guns and no longer think it is insane to threaten to secede. Let us welcome them to our side of wanting the great big distant government to leave us to our own more local lives at the city, state and county levels.
Great! A felony conviction will deprive them of the vote, and the fines can be applied to the national debt.
They tried that during Nam, didn’t work then nor will it now.
Some that were paying will now get refunds. Will they refuse money from Trump too? Perhaps I should start a Go Fund. Liberals can give me blood money from Trump tax refunds and I will promise to wisely spend it on abortions, fake science research, sexual degenerate movements and rioting.
I do my best to avoid taxes. (Perfectly legal)

Given that the vast majority of democrats are net collectors of tax dollars, and not payers, this seems like an empty threat. The few limo-libs that do choose not to pay can be easily rounded up.
Trump should counter with this as the reason to cut all the budgets for welfare and other useless govt programs,....
What could go wrong? I mean, it worked out well for Willy Nelson and Wesley Snipes, right?

But...
I know a guy who adjusted his W-4 to 6, and after one full tax year, his company was sent a threatening letter and ordered to withhold on him as if he was single with no deductions. There was mention of a fine, a deadline to respond, etc.
Oh yeah...I’m the guy.
So I repeat “Good look getting your employer to take zilch out of your check.”

A lot of Democrats Leaders do not pay income taxes now. They use special trust funds, charitable foundations, and other financial instruments to avoid paying taxes. They ALSO live off the government.
My wife and I had started a business on the side, no kids (yet), and we had enough deductions from the side business to declare 10 deductions on our W-4). Nothing like that ever happened. Of course, this was back in the 80s, so YMMV.
FWIW, the side business crapped out after a couple of years so we gave it up. Back to normal deductions...

And don’t forget the new law the dems themselves pushed (through the Lois Lerner events etc.) that people who owe back taxes may be refused exit or entry visas and have their US passports seized. See how they like that in response to a “good old American tradition” that their own Leftie a-holes supported. Dumb a@@es.
That law btw, should be repealed. Let’s see if it is.
