Why are they blaming Trump?
He is the last person to blame.
Congress has failed to do its job to create smart legislation.
The former president refused to enforce the law.
The courts have been ignoring the law.
The parent’s of the “dreamers” broke the law.
Now that the law is starting to get a little bit of enforcement, they want to lay any issues at Trump’s feet.
Why aren’t they appealing to Congress to come up with solutions to this mess that they created?
How about comprehensive immigration reform where we get rid of birthright citizenship for children illegal immigrants and require everyone here illegally to come forward or forever lose the possibility of becoming citizens? Then I could support some sort of path to citizenship for the so-called birthright citizens and dreamers. Also, no subsidized housing, food, and education except for citizens. Let dreamers and children born here to illegal immigrants have permanent residency status with a path to citizenship contingent upon staying on the right side of the law and paying taxes.
There is no reason that Mexico should be an impoverished nation. If they get rid of organized crime and political corruption, and implement free market reforms, that nation can be great also. There should be no need for Mexicans to come here for a better life.
He is not a citizen, he has no constitutional rights, period. I think we should seize any and all information on these ongoing criminal acts (ie illegals) and use it to find them, arrest them, and deport them. Seize any assets of theirs and use them to pay for the costs associated with these enforcement actions.

Whatever happened to Trump’s pre-election roar that he would cancel Obama’s executive order on Dreamers?
Let’s see the DACA was never law, it was a policy statement with a two year renewal cycle.
The Republicans gained near total control of the Federal Government at the beginning of 2017. Therefore all policies of the previous administration are under review including Executive Orders and policy changes to law.
Who was it - Obama who said “Elections have consequences.” Didn’t he say that in 2009?
Said another way, elections have consequences . . .
This was an administrative action by Obama to not enforce the law, not a passed law. Administrative actions are easily reversed.
Non citizens do not have Constitutional rights.
And I am hoping that this decision was not a mistake. Go Donald!
Gang member, he shouldn’t have been allowed DACA status in first place. Glad to see he got arrested at work, not.
