Exactly. Cancel the whole “tradition”. No reason the White House should be a prop to honor and glorify a private business.
Well, they’re not much of a Patriot then. F’em.
Super Bowl or Super Bull?
Heh Heh Heh!
.
You’re going to buy all the unwanted tickets?
I hope they appreciate what you’re doing for them.
The poor little boys would need their diapers changed and their nanny wouldn’t be there. How sad/not
Please, change it. There is no reason to invite sports champions to the White House except to bask in their limelight.
The hypocrisy of these individuals is unreal. They are not going because of some slight that Pres Trump has supposedly made to the black community. Really!! He is the only one who has addressed the plight of the inner city (mostly black) and has plans to try to do something about it — unlike Obama and the race baiters who just want to use the Blacks for political gain. Guess you can’t fix stupid.
Hear hear. They get more than their share of attention as it is. If our President is going to be involved in various ceremonies, let them be for folks like science fair winners and Nobel Prize winners (sciences).
Traditions are highly overrated. I would say, to hell with traditions. We have current problems because of some traditions.
Viewers and ratings for the Super Bowl have declined for the past couple years.

I sat down in front of the TV every Sunday and some Mondays, and watched hours of commercials, interrupted by occasional collisions between millionaires working for billionaires in stadiums paid for by taxpayers.
But I didn’t watch a single game this season and can’t say I missed these hot dogs. More time with the family, hobbies, exercise.
When enough fans are red-pilled and reach the same conclusion, the NFL is toast.
Just rescind the offer and be done with it. No time for stupid photo ops with a team that’s won five times in the past 15 years anyway.
You aren’t alone. It’s a waste of time and tax dollars. There’s nothing so special about a ball game that it needs tax dollars spent on the winner.
Big todo over nothing new, there have been athletes declining to go to the White House for decades, trying to infer the situation with Trump is different is just Bolshevik!
Or, poor role models, thugs, gangsta wannabes, druggies, wife beaters and worse.
Even the idiots have role models.
Howie Long must be so proud....
It is an invitation. There really should not be a slight in not going. The trouble is, it has become expected, almost mandatory.
Trump should stick to inviting soldiers and police chiefs.
I’d be fine with that.
