Tuesday at the White House press briefing, while answering questions about the resignation of Michael Flynn as National Security Adviser, press secretary Sean Spicer said part of the story ignored is leaks by government employees. Those employees he explained were “entrusted with national security secrets,” and that he argued undermined national security and was a “real concern” President Donald Trump.

Spicer said, “Understand that all of this information was leaked. I mean, again, I know we’ve got this me lecturing to you about what the stories should be, but I think there’s a real story here. The idea that not just in this administration but the Obama administration going back to the Bush administration. We have an issue where classified information, of which this would be, is handled in such a way that it is been given out. I know in some cases it’s a good story and I understand that, and that’s to some degree your responsibility to write that. I think there’s also a story here with the amount of leaks coming out that people are entrusted with national security secrets in classified information are leaking it out. That’s a real concern for this president.”

President Trump should refuse to accept Flynn’s resignation, and double down on squashing any leaks coming out of the WH.

Firings at the least, and charging leakers with espionage will put this fire out.

These leftist socialist democrats want to play hardball? Then it’s time to play for keeps, and hit them where it hurts.

And who gives a shit what the MSM democrat propaganda wing says anyhow? They would tell you that hitler or stalin weren’t such bad guys, and were just community organizers seeking social justice.

make a list of the top 100 Obama holdovers.
Fire the entire lot.
99.5% of the leaks will go away.
After that, make it known that anyone who leaks will serve time in a federal prison.

There’s a lot of sedition and treason going around the District of Corruption these days. Lock and load. I think WE’RE going to have to defend our government this time.

Trump asked for Flynn’s resignation and he ws right too do so. There can be no excuse for lying to the VP or President.

James Baker, George H.W. Bush, and Mike Pence sat together at the Super Bowl . . . This doesn’t sit well with me knowing the Bush/Clinton/Soros synchronization. You have an opinion?

Baffles me this isn't priority Number 1 in all departments.....way more than 100.

No kidding.
It doesn’t matter how competent in their jobs these Obama holdovers are, they need to be fired.

Fire WHCA and replace with CIA Office of Communications personnel. Well you cannot really fire them but you could simply merge them into State’s commo group.

Or - Require WHCA to all get a poly.

Require everyone who works at the White House to get a poly. Including Cabinet heads down to the janitors. They should all have a full, CIA style, BI done also.

Require all top level department and bureau heads with access to TS-SCI to be polygraphed every 6 months. Same with the BI.

Is the polygraph perfect? No. Does failing it mean you are lying? No. But passing it means that for 99.99% of the population they are telling the truth.

If you don’t pass you don’t get access to TS-SCI.

This should include all members of the House and Senate intel committees. The lying sacks of feces. And all of their staff.

Mr. Trump - want someone to stop the leaks and espionage? I’m your man.

WHCA staff all are military with TS/SCI/Specat/LIMDIS clearances. They are subject to random polygraph at any time.

These are not the leakers.

It’s political civilians who think they have nothing to lose.

Political civilians who’ve never seen anybody thrown in jail for anything. I guess it’d be like if you and me witnessed a hanging for a truck theft. ‘They still do that?’

I’m hoping that Trump is coiling to strike. My greatest fear has been that he will not be a tough as he appeared to be in the campaign. He’s up against a lot of institutions arrayed against him, including the Republican leadership.

FOX just pointed out that this came from a tap on the Russian which had to be released by Obama since this happened before Trump was sworn in. Top secret stuff of the compartmentalized type.

we only know what they told us, they may all be lying. What we do know is someone recorded the conversation and they released it for political purposes period.

You mean that committee that hired three pakistani brothers (non citizens) to service their computer network?

That does not mean it is not a B$ cover story. We are no where near knowing what really happened, there are many more people involved and the democrats have been joined by our favorite principled GOPe in the fight to bring Trump down.

We shall soon know who is really in charge and sadly it is beginning to look like that is not Trump. He needs to quit listening to the career politicians that created this mess and he needs to get a lot tougher. The Flynn leaks were just a warning.
