Relative and accomplice connected to San Bernardino attack concocted illegal 'sham marriage'

The sister-in-law of San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook has pleaded guilty to committing federal immigration fraud in a case that came to light in the months following the Dec. 2, 2015, terrorist attack that killed 14 people and wounded 22 others.

The Russian-born Tatiana Farook, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit immigration fraud before U.S. District Judge Jesus Bernal. Farook, who married Rizwan’s older brother, Syed Raheel Farook, now faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for her crime. Her husband previously pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit immigration fraud on Jan. 10.

Sometimes I think deporting them is not enough. If the worst that happens is you get sent home, what’s the incentive not to commit the fraud in the first place.

I think maybe, 5 years in prison and/or being air dropped into an ISIS camp might be more appropriate.

Raheel Farook, now faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for her crime.

She won't do the maximum, not on a guilty plea. Probably time served and deportation.

Deport her and the mama. Where the heck is the mama? She and the baby did a fast disappearing act. There’s way more to that story than was reported. Where’s those guys who were hanging out in the garage, huh? None were ever identified and the feds did everything they could to squashe that part of the story. The the feds, without dusting for one single fingerprint, could release the apartment to the msm fast enough.

The two terrorists were vetted by 5 different agencies...all overseas....all via paper. No face to face.

So when they get to our door, it's stamp, stamp...welcome to the USA?? What kind of a system is that?

Send her back to Russia, and make sure she never sets foot in America. We shouldn’t have to feed, clothe, and offer medical treatment to her. We should not be responsible for
her in any way..........Send her back!

Deport her !!!

Not yet. Let her serve time, time which hopefully will be used to stiffen the border so deportation means something because it's really hard to get back in.
