This leaflet has been shown on local news in the Rio Grande Valley. Ticked me off at the news for aiding illegal invaders. Then I laughed at it being in English. Now I see it is available in 8 languages...dang it!

Harboring -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who -- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.
Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.
Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

The flyer seems to be listing the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments.
Maybe a lawyer can answer this.. the legal advice indicates that they have the same exact rights to remain silent, right to an attorney and all the other related protections that I have as a real citizen.

Even as a citizen, if you are being arrested, the police do not ask many questions, they just arrest you.
If the police start asking you questions, it is advisable to not answer the questions.
And the illegals are sitting ducks! They haven’t had to hide or worry for the past ten years. They simply live in the open, in fact, they are worshipped by left wingers for simply being here.
Now they have to fly under the radar and they will have a lot of problems trying to hide.
They should arrest those who hand out these leaflets, the are aiding and providing safe harbor for aliens which is illegal.

Unless there are Exigent Circumstances, they need a warrant.
