BREAKING: Anti-Trump President Of NYC Metropolitan GOP Club Broke FEC Laws To Donate To (Schumer)

Deborah Coughlin, the president of New York City’s elite Metropolitan Republican Club that recently wrongly and forcibly removed all Trump supporters from its board, broke federal campaign finance laws in order to donate thousands of dollars to Democratic New York Senator Chuck Schumer in 2003.

Schumer has been one of the most anti-Trump Senators since President Donald J. Trump took office in January.

In a story that GotNews broke and that the New York Post has now picked up, a deeper dive into the financials surrounding the scandal-plagued board of New York City’s Metropolitan Republican Club has produced more troubling questions: what are the political views of the people running this New York City GOP club?

Five Trump supporters and long-time club members – Georgia Palmieri, Alain Palmieri, Michael Javelos, Allan Stevo, and Sandra Chase – were wrongly and forcibly removed from the board of the elite Upper East Side club because of their support of President Donald J. Trump by Club President Deborah Coughlin (2015-2017), Secretary Jeff Charles Goolsby, Chairman Ian Walsh Reilly, the son of former club President Robert Morgan III (2006-2012), and former club President Peter Hein (1980-1985).

From Feb 9:

"Why is the president of New York City’s elite Republican club a big donor to anti-Trump Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer? Why is she removing Trump supporters from the club board with no explanation?"

Kellyanne Conway and Michael Flynn are being nailed to the wall over insignificant infractions. I hope Trump and his allies start going after every Liberal who has ever broken a law no matter how small. The federal budget is big. Get the lawyers out. Let the Liberals find out what Lawfare is really like.

I’m trying to locate a copy of my AP style guide to shed light on this English usage question.

Does it conform to the guidelines to refer to Deborah Coughlin as a “snake in the grass”, or a “fifth columnist”, or a “self-hating demagogue”, or as “Benedict Arnold Coughlin”, or is “back-stabbing RINO” the preferred term?

So she broke the FEC laws? I await to see what will happen to her now that Trump has his new Attorney General in place. Will she pay a price for her “treason” against Trump?

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how Deborah Coughlin facilitated the dispersal of NYC Metropolitan GOP Club monies and how exactly monies changed hands.

Republican donors need to know the scope and dimension of alleged collusion in sub rosa deals and who, allegedly, might be personally profiting.

<><> L/E needs to examine Deborah Coughlin and the NYC Metropolitan GOP Club's bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

============================================= '

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;

Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support and luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts from luxury outlets.

It is also possible that other federal offenses could have been committed by the NYC Metropolitan Republican Club including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers demand investigation by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

I’ve been to several events at the Metropolitan Club, and did not realize that the board was anti-Trump. The attendees at events are almost universally supportive of Trump.

Embeds everywhere !

Probably can't do a thing about a private organization except some kind of syntax violation (remember THOSE ?)

"Yes you're honor, we will prove that the organization known as "The New York Metropolitan Republican Club", is in fact Democrat and has violated SYN 528:12, to wit: "ANY club that purports to be of one description but is in fact of another shall be deemed unthinkable and impossible to equate in the mind of an English speaking American, and shall be fined no less than $1,000.00 dollars and no more than $100,000.00 and shall be suffered to change it's name to a more appropriate group of words"

Perhaps the DOJ ought to look into these offenses, if the appropriate agency does not.

What I see with something like this, President Trump just isn’t working in Washington D.C.

Remember, New York City is his home, not the carpetbaggers, and that who is really behind all of this...things are going to be breaking loose (lose) all over this country in about a week...watch and see, grab the popcorn...
