Means the 9th Circus is having an “oh s—t” moment?
Why? Did one of them find a copy of the US Code lying around and decide to read it?
Why does this Circus of a Court get to decide if THEY get to reconsider this? Wouldn’t it be up to the parties concerned?
Hopefully, Congress will be voting to dismantle the Ninth Circuit Court. It is too big, too biased, and with only a 15% success rate in SCOTUS appeals, too ineffective to carry on in its present form.

This moment allows President Trump and others an opportunity to illustrate clearly the corruption and perverted ideaology of the Democrats and those of sitting on the judicial bench.

Oh gee thats like kinda of a no-brainer. As President Trump has remarked . . . even a eighth grader can figure this one out.
Once the 9th puts the political, lawless decision aside, THOSE THREE JUDGES MUST BE IMMEDIATELY IMPEACHED.

Not exactly an appeal. The one sane judge on the panel realized these three stepped in it and they want to take a closer look to try and salvage their reputation (too late.)
I’ve never heard of it being done before, but perhaps I just haven’t been paying attention.

can hear the case.
I wonder... they could be trying to become reasonable and choosing to follow the law and established precedent... or they could be doubling down on sedition.

My guess is the sedition route.
Apparently they can. The first line in the court filing is very clear, saying . . .

Impeachment was real and almost a guaranteed done deal.
They'd better do something about their activism.
I think that this ruling, clearly outside of the law based on what I’ve read and heard, should be grounds for impeachment. If not, Congress should take steps to remedy this situation. To allow these Mavericks to continue to impose their will rather than the law is a waste of time and money . Their record of being overturned demonstrates their poor judgment. In addition, their recent ruling has the potential to harm citizens on a nationwide basis. Why should West Coast Progressives be allowed to inhibit nationwide security just because West Coast tech firms want an open door for cheap skilled labor?
It may mean “The ruling wasn’t anti-Trump enough, let’s grant unlimited constitutional rights and entitlements to everyone on earth.”
Counting our chickens before they’ve hatched?
There’s no guarantee at all that the decision will be set aside by a larger panel of judges. They are still selected from the same circuit and are thus probably inclined to keep the decision of their cohorts. This is just the quickest route with the highest probability (relatively speaking) left for Trump.
Otherwise he’d have to wait for a SC decision which could take months. Which then kind of defeats the purpose of a “90 day ban”.
Let us all pray for a successful outcome. This could be a harmful loss for the President so early in his administration.
Impeachment is not a possible reality.
A different solution is required to rid the country of such vermin
