You have to remember this is Trump, the master at PR. He’ll give them the money, make Brown look like an idiot in the process and give the local reps some needed PR.
By the time Trump acts, there will be 100 fake news stories and while all the stories are taking up news, Trump would have already taken care of it and got Brown to give something back.
