Make the banks set-aside a reserve for unpaid taxes for the funds being sent to Mexico.
Do foreigners (non US citizens) have access to our courts?
Much less foreigners who are here illegally?

It’s a cockamamie plan.....reinforces the status of Mexico as an undemocratic, uncivilized, non-productive Third world living off the largesse of others.
This was wise council and I’m glad Trump is proving the agile and adapting leader to follow a good call. He can even keep the current order in place and follow through with litigation while making this EO circumvent the false complaints of the failed 9th circuit clown car.
He should issue 7 separate executive orders, one for each of the 7 countries. He should also ignore any court ruling which attempts to stop any of them on the grounds that the courts have no jurisdiction to even question these orders, much less stay them. Then let the courts try to enforce their void orders.
Trump shouldn’t have appealed the stay, he should have ignored it. Under the law the federal district court had no jurisdiction. Therefore the order was void on its face.
If the Mexican consulate offices are found to be encouraging their citizens to break the laws of this country, then just revoke their diplomatic status and evict the diplomats and close the consulates.

How is the state department able to act in this manner with impunity? How does the president not have the ability to stomp them into the ground like a poisonous insect?

Set up the standards for vetting visa applicants; and, once a country actually meets those standards, there can be a mechanism for excepting them from more onerous provisions of the EO.
My first reaction to the 9th Circuits decision was just ban all immigration til further notice. Let them chew on that.
