Influential Mexicans are pushing an aggressive and perhaps risky strategy to fight a likely increase in deportations of their undocumented compatriots in the U.S.: jam U.S. immigration courts in hopes of causing the already overburdened system to break down.
The proposal calls for ad campaigns advising migrants in the U.S. to take their cases to court and fight deportation if detained. “The backlog in the immigration system is tremendous,” said former Foreign Minister Jorge Castañeda. The idea is to double or triple the backlog, “until [U.S. President Donald] Trump desists in this stupid idea,” he added.

Only to point this out....same gimmick used in Germany. Has to be a couple of foundations in the background handling the cases/paperwork. Maybe someone will go and track down the funding.
There are immigrant cases in Germany which will drift around for at least five or six years before being finally settled.
Is he a U.S. citizen? No. Case dismissed. Next case.
Why would an ILLEGAL alien have a right to a day in court and how can Trump get around this?

Send their goatsmellin’ asses home with a court date. They can return on the date of their court appearance. The courts won’t be “jammed” because the wetbacks don’t show up anyway.
This is why cutting off school admission, medical benefits and public assistance is required to rid the US of these leeches.
So the elite Spanish/European Mexicans want to jam up our courts to keep the lower class Mestizo Mexicans here to send remittances to their country to prop up their country club, gated community lifestyles?

It’s already happening. News of these raids are spreading like wildfire in social media. People are reporting them everywhere. Most of the horror stories are probably false.
At least 300,000 people a year receive citizenship because their illegal invader mothers give birth to them while in this country. This travesty is the result of an intentional misinterpretation of the 14th amendment. “Birthright citizenship” was never considered or intended by the authors of the 14th amendment. The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2013 which is currently pending in Congress would correct this incentive for women to visit the country both legally and illegally to give birth. This no doubt would be challenged and so is another important matter to one day be considered by the Supreme Court.
Trump should (and will, I’m sure!) use this and every other assclowny behavior the rats exhibit against them in 2018, 2020, and 2022. The American voters will not tolerate this. They will punish the rats at the polling booth.
Keep them in detention until their hearing. No release!!
