A letter written by the Senate Judiciary Committee in June 2015 to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson, Secretary of State John Kerry and Attorney General Loretta Lynch reveals news facts about the number and nature of crimes committed by illegal immigrants who had already been convicted of other crimes but were released back into the public either because their home country would not accept their deportation and/or because they exceeded a Supreme Court mandate prohibiting detention of deportable foreign nationals beyond six months.
According to the letter, published by the Miami Herald, statistics provided by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials confirm that 121 homicides were committed in the U.S. between 2010-2014 by illegal immigrants who had already been convicted of a crime but were released back into society due to limitations on their detention. In addition, ICE confirmed that of the 36,007 criminal aliens released from custody in 2013, 1,000 of them had already been convicted of new crimes as of June 2015.
It must be remember that those are just the illegals who have been released. What I really want to know is how many murders illegals commit every year, and how many are killed by drunk illegal aliens in car accidents ever year. That butchers bill is real cost, not just the figures about murders by those released. Then there are the rapes, assaults, armed robberies, arsons that dramatically impact the lives of their victims. The bill gets higher yet. Add in car thefts, burglaries, and other “non-violent” crime, and the bill goes off the charts.
Yeah, and double the numbers.
In Texas alone it is like 30 to 50 killed a month and this has been the norm since at least 2000. All crimes but the totals add up to serious damage. We need some further investigation and publicity. Day of mourning and run the names like in Israel.

With this latest court debacle, the President should ensure that every one of the newly authorized potential terrorists is settled into the neighborhoods of those three judges and if necessary buy the homes on each side of theirs and put them in it free of charge.
These murders are the tip of the iceberg. In some of our southern states, almost a quarter of the prison inmates are illegal aliens.
Besides the cost of housing them...these tens of thousands of inmates didn’t end up in prison for speeding tickets. These guys are really ‘bad hombres’.
Many people have had a relative killed by illegal aliens while they were committing crimes such as DUI. My nephew was killed by an illegal alien both drunk and high on heroin running from the police. He killed 3 teenagers by smashing into their truck but was pulled from his stolen vehicle just before it exploded. He got 36 years. I recently checked his prison record, he’s had drug and violence charges several times a year. So he’s still a problem even in prison.

That’s a fantastic idea. These arrogant judges disregard the law, so they can virtue-signal at no cost to them. It would be great for them to be on the receiving end of the repercussions for a change

praying Sessions and his people get to work letting the general population of America know these sorts of facts and the FACT Obama, Lynch, etc aided in these crimes by allowing illegals to stay and thousands more to come in.
My cousin & her husband, both young with small kids, were
killed when an illegal, DRUNK, Mexican ran a red light and
crashed into their car. Tragic mess - multiplied many times
over & over & over . . . They were honest, hard-working,
churchgoing people. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!
There should be no catch and release. Period.
I would like to see Holder, Lynch & Obama sent to prison. They all took an oath to protect the USA & they did NOT do that.
