Great quote. We have passed through the looking glass and we are now seeing Rule By Law, not Rule of Law. When ideology and politics are supreme, it doesn’t matter what a legal analysis can show. Judges who start with a conclusion and back into a legal framework to support that conclusion are immune to arguments.
They need to be arrested for sedition.
Judge Napolitano is of the opinion that Kagan may be against the 9th’s ruling. I would have suspected Breyer. Who knows, maybe all of them. Obama was struck down 20 times in 9-0 decisions.

To me, proving you have suffered injury only means you have the standing to bring the case to court. The court then determines whether the EO that brought you injury was constitutional or not.
i.e. injury is merely the price of admission. Ad Trump said, even a BAD high school student who was to actually read the constitution and then read this EO would say, OF COURSE it’s constitutional. QED.
This court was taking into consideration information that was completely irrelevant. I’m embarrassed for them.
The eo was already adjudicated by a Boston circuit court judge. He ruled in favor.
Now you have one judge saying yes, and the other saying no.
The positive thing is this will finally raise the issue of what are the consequences for their rulings, especially when they are over-ruled by SCOTUS. They have to have some threat of consequences to level out the playing field again. Maybe if Trump just goes totally Jackson or Lincoln on them.
They just _over_reached_ ; right. They are traitors to their offices and enemies of USA. They actions are deliberate sedition.
The 9th, conspired between themselves and in whatever secret meetings they had together and individually, with enemies of the USA, to deprive USAians of their right to: national borders, Constitutional government and both individual and national security.
It is quite likely that the _judges_ met with agents of Moslem Brotherhood, or Soros tp be advised about their decision. They may have each receive one or more calls in the middle of the night, to threaten them with having their heads cut off.
It is time to begin the impeachment of any judge who does not rule by the law. Judges are in place to rule on the law.
It would only take about 4, maybe 5 impeachments to send a very clear message: Judges Must Rule On The Law!!
Gorsuch needs to be confirmed...and fast.
I’m with Napolitano that Trump should go straight to the Supremes. He is likely to get a 5-3 victory. Then he can extend the ban indefinitely.
Trump need to just totally close the borders then. Not discriminating against any one set of people. Just keeping us safe.
He also needs to take the LAW in hand and file impeachment orders against all the judges who voted to circumvent his legal duties.
How many times were people who sought to determine Obama’s eligibility told that their injury was not particularized?
