Vanity Discussion Question: Can the president ignore the court order and continue with his valid executive order?
It appears the president is acting in accordance to his constitutional powers and specifically in accordance to laws regarding immigration and has been challenged and overridden by an unconstitutionally political activist (liberal) court.
If so, can he can he continue with his valid orders controlling the actions of the executive branch? No doubt this would set up a "constitutional crisis" but this is going to happen soon anyway as it's the only way we will ever restore constitutional government, ie, the liberal activist courts will have to be toppled eventually. Why not now while we have a strong president and Republican majorities in both housees of congress?

Trump’s order was completely lawful, and there is no court that has venue on this.

The separation of powers prevents the court from interfering. There is no US citizen affected by the order, thus the court has no venue.

Justice Taney tried something similar with Andrew Jackson.
Jackson replied, “Let him enforce it.”
Georgia ignored the order, life went on.

To somehow claim that today isn’t the result of a very poorly played hand is quite delusional. Trump should have told the Fed Judge in Seattle to mind his own business. The Potus has legal right on immigration.
No, instead he gave that faggot standing, and entered the 9th circuity. This was totally unecessary.
So now, whatever Trump does, some faggoty fed judge will object, and we play this game? Holy toledo, you can’t see this being a problem? Look at the papers tomorrow then, because they will be howling about it.
Again, and I’ve worried about this for days now, PERHAPS there is some brilliant plan behind all this, but that is looking less and less likely, UNLESS Trump bans ALL immigration tomorrow, citing the confusion about this subject.
If Trump DOES that , he’s a genius. If not, we’ve been set up to fail in a most damaging way.

The liberal courts can rule against Trump’s executive orders as fast as he can sign them. Then the press can gleefully report that yet another EO has been struck down. It’s either fight the courts on this executive order or ignore them.
At least fighting the courts and spotlighting their stupidity might give Trump enough cover to go ahead and rightfully enforce it.
My bet is President Trump is a genius not a poor card player.

Perhaps there may have been smoother ways of doing it.
ISIS is already here. It’s simply beyond comprehension that they wouldn’t have taken the initiative under Barack’s reign. Trump’s election would have sped up their operations tremendously if it even needed it.
I wouldn’t put it past them, but they would have to explain the Arizona ruling.

I think we are at that point in our country once again, with the rogue gay judge in Seattle making his initial ruling (apparently after only 15 minutes of deliberation) and the left-wing 9th federal circuit court upholding the stay. I hope that President Trump says something similar or even identical to what President Andrew Jackson said, and then let the sh_t hit the fan. We are at that point now in our country. I hope that President Trump issues a new EO tomorrow morning. I am sick & tired of living & dealing with these liberals/anarchists/BLM/marxists/obamites, etc.
