The mainstream media created the term “fake news” to discredit President Trump. If they can’t handle having their own words applied to them (deservedly), that’s just pathetic.
I heard a journalist describing the “innocent error” in a tweet on MLK’s bust being removed from the Oval Office, explaining why it wasn’t fake news - completely oblivious to the reality. The journalist tweeted about the change because he was so biased and eager to find something bad about Trump that he didn’t look twice even to see if the hit was real. That’s fake news, motivated by bias in a situation that any professional would have avoided.
