...in Israel they also have electric fences which I think would benefit us here a great deal..cross the border illegally and become a crispy critter I don't think we will have an electrified wall (what would the progressives say?), although even a low-amperage, non-lethal shock might be a great deterrent to climbing the wall. But if it's a non-metallic wall, that's another challenge.

Israel has already done most of the design and testing. It’s just a matter of making a big blueprint and starting construction.
Many countries all over the world have long, effective borders barriers. It’s not a hard thing to do whatever some would have us believe.
