PHOENIX - Protests erupted in Phoenix Wednesday morning, when a Valley woman was ordered to be deported after showing up for a routine immigration check.
Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos was arrested in 2009 for impersonation as part of a Maricopa County Sheriff's Office raid. She was charged with a felony, but her attorneys say that raid was later ruled unconstitutional.
Garcia reported for a check-in with Immigration Customs Enforcement Wednesday morning, but never came out.
According to Garcia's attorney, she is now facing deportation as part of President Trump's executive order focused on removing undocumented immigrants with a history of arrests

Once the current immigration laws are properly enforced, all of them, I believe we will see a wave of self deportation.
He didn't write the immigration laws, he's just executing them. That's his job... we're paying him $1/year to do this job.

it isn’t the law that is mean, it is the criminals who break the law that are mean because they cuss and cry and claim that they are the victims. They all cry poor me after they’ve been caught.

If I were an illegal alien, I would see the writing on the wall and leave and get a job back home while the getting is good.

Basically, The mom was convicted for Identity theft and was told to leave the Country. She ignored the order to leave, but stayed and checked in with ICE each year. A part i still dont get
