I have mixed thinking about this. I don’t have a problem with tweeting directly to the people, but as a person that was successful in the business world by not Always being politically correct I understand where he comes from, and I think Bush lost a lot by being too politically correct. On the other hand, what I learned in life is that there are other ways to win, especially when the law is on your side.
Trump should delegate some of his negative thoughts to be spoken by one of his henchmen/women - thereby getting the point out in his name. not always - but i think none of us liked it when BHO laid into SCOTUS at SOTU over Citizens United.

If situation was reversed and Obama had an EO and it was being decided by Conservative district of Judges, would we be ok with Obama making snarky comments about those Judges? No we wouldn’t.

Who cares what Obama had to say, there is no comparison between Trump and Obama when it comes to motives. That judge needed to be called out for his stupid ruling.
