It is a disgrace that my full Cabinet is still not in place, the longest such delay in the history of our country. Obstruction by Democrats!

Imagine if the Repubs ever did anything close to this

Imagine if the repubs ever did much of anything at all.

If Trump knew the repubs in congress would back him up, he would ignore the 9th circus in this case. But I’m sure he is fully aware that they would openly turn against him and impeach him if he did. Most of the repubs are every bit as bad, if not worse then shumer. This is the biggest judicial overreach in American history.

Trump is wrong, the rebubs are every bit as much at fault. lying ryan and bitch mcconnel could have put an end to it long ago.

Not so sure about that. There are stall tactics any senator can use that I know have been used against Sessions at least twice. Then, The Republicans added to it when it became obvious they needed Sessions vote to confirm he Education Secretary.

But most of the delay has been caused by the Dims.

There are rules in the senate that enable any senator, or either party, to delay and slow things down. Anyone who thinks the majority leader can just eliminate every delaying tactic is simply wrong.

Garbage, there are also limits that can and should have been imposed. This has been the longest delay in American history. Add that to the fact that bitch mcconnel and lying ryan turn on Trump at every opportunity they get. There should have been an immediate sanction on the judge in seattle and move to impeach. The federal courts are flagrantly conspiring with the dems and ignoring the law. It’s funny how two Fridays in a row they come up with a new order to stop Trumps EO, and then can only appeal the following week. This is judicial coup.

and the stompy-foot Demon Rats drag their feet.

They're doing everything they can to DELAY President Trump from his sworn promise to OVERTURN the FEEDING TROUGH of taxpayer dollars they have been feeding off of for years.

Like a child that must be dragged from the store because he throws a tantrum over candy he is not allowed to have.

Remember WHO the culprits were come 2018.

I don’t blame the Democrats for dragging their feet. This is to be expected from the Democrats. I blame Mitch McConnell for allowing the Democrats to gum up the works. As Senate Majority Leader, it is his responsibility to set the pace. Yet he has let Charles Schumer jerk him around more than a two mile long freight train switching cars.

Bill Knowland didn’t have the numbers to resist LBJ, but LBJ would have reigned supreme in any showdown.

It took King Rat Obama until March of 2009 to fill his cabinet.
Of course that was due to incompetence, not GOP obstruction.

The 9th Circuit Court needs to be split in two. That is doable.

You'e arguing with yourself, or some imagined foe. My only remarks in this thread have been that the senate rules allow for various delaying tactics and that the Majority Leader cannot prevent all those delaying tactics. That's simply a fact.

All your remarks, correct or not, have little to do with anything I've said.

LBJ’s battle was always with the northern liberal democrats, or the southern conservative democrats, not the republicans.
