Washington (CNN)The Justice Department on Saturday moved to appeal a decision that temporarily halted enforcement of President Donald Trump's travel ban. The appeal concerns a late Friday decision by a US district court that halted the enforcement of Trump's executive order. Trump's policy banned travel to the US from seven Muslim-majority countries for 90 days, suspended all refugee entry to the US for 120 days and indefinitely suspended entry for Syrian refugees. A notice of appeal was sent Saturday night to the US district court, where Judge James Robart, a George W. Bush appointee, presides in Seattle.

Muslim majority countries, not parrticularly accurate , they are countries which have no legal or civil records of applicants for entry into the USA.

They made sure it went through the 9th with the 4-4 SC l’d say the EO is doomed. When Trump played the game and went the appeal route instead of defying the renegade Judge it was game over.
Write another EO that avoids the argument set forth in the stop order this WA BLM judge wrote.

No, I think win-win. He gets it reversed or pillars limbs and judge when one of these people commit a crime or kill someone. Already looking embarrassing for judge and supporters.

(Even if Bush 43 had been a bona fide conservative, Senate rules would have made it impossible for him to have appointed all conservative judges. Now President Trump has to deal not only with all the liberal judges that Obama stacked the courts with after Reid went nuclear, but all the liberal judges that were appointed by previous Republican presidents.)
What travel ban? Trump never called it a travel ban. Is this like “undocumented immigrants?”
He can let it get affirmed at 9th circuit but if he doesnt take it to scotus right away he will get the blame.
DON JR should call aunt federal judge and get her advice on the way to write a new order.
We need another EO to fire the judge.
It is Trumps right as CIC of the USA to determine who comes and goes. The 9th Circuit overstepped its bounds and will pay a price long term. The price will be more EO’s that the court will have to bow down to. 9th Circuit should be done away with as it is, due to the leftist crap they saddle us with in writing law, which they should not be able to do at all.
