It is hard to watch the obamacare determination (for instance) move so slowly .. (and of course prosecutions that most of us believe should and will happen).
I had the thought this morning that JFK was murdered primarily because he was about to take the financial structure away from the FED and the bankers.

UAE is so strict and serious about who enters, and who must exit and when to exit their country, that if there is so much as a day late in a visa renewal, it means jail with fine and immediate deportation, no appeals.

Well DJT is right it will be overturned. The US Immigration law is very clear. The President basically has carte Blanche about who csncome.
Trump should just institute a total immigration ban until this works its way thru the courts.

US courts have no jurisdiction over foreign nationals in foreign lands. That is the role of the executive and legislative branch.
The Boston judge yesterday stated as much in his ruling. They are almost immune to the courts when it comes to procedures concerning the entry into the country by foreigners who do not hold green cards.
If this were to somehow make it to the USSC, they will uphold the EO. 5-3 or maybe 6-2. Possibly 8-0.

Trump is imposing a 90-day suspension on entry to the United States of nationals of certain designated countries—countries that were designated by Congress and the Obama Administration as posing national security risks in the Visa Waiver Program.
They can take it to court all they want. This option has been in the presidents tools for about 162 years. And I can almost guarantee you the supreme court will kick it back because of that. They do not have to determine the constitutionality of a law like this. It’s very straight forward.
And under section 7 of the Act:
Sec. 7. This proclamation is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
So much for that.

Yes the law is very clear.
The Seattle judge is trying to introduce rational review into this case. Basically saying the law making branch has to come to court and provide facts for the implementation of laws. This is unconstitutional and will be quickly overturned.
If it comes to that, which I doubt, Trump’s attorney’s can delay the case until the new Justice is confirmed.
Basically, since there is so much precedence, this is just another grand stand play to try to discredit Trump at every turn because the liberals are cry-baby children that had their toy taken away from them. Their acting like an adult is apparently too much to ask.
But wait for a couple of years and they will bring this up right before the election ignoring the facts and trying to use it as a weapon to get some socialist moron back in like Obama. And the biggest back-of-the-laps will be the media assisting the lies.
