A federal judge in Seattle issued a temporary nationwide restraining order Friday stopping President Trump's executive order banning citizens of seven countries from entering the United States.
Judge James Robart, who was appointed by former President George Bush in 2003, ruled the executive order would be stopped nationwide, effective immediately.
“The Constitution prevailed today,” Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson said in a statement after the ruling. “No one is above the law — not even the President.”

Under Obama the liberal states said that no state could go against federal immigration laws. Texas and Arizona (and others) were shut down for trying to enforce their own immigration laws.
Now, a couple states are upset that the feds are making laws they disagree with. I hoped this would happen.
They should file for the judge’s impeachment forthwith.
They can issue all of the restraining orders they want, they don’t have the authority to override the executive order, which is constitutional.
How in hell does an unelected, black-robed tyrant get to rule over the Peoples’ elected POTUS??? Sounds to me that he is the ideal perfect candidate to make an example out of. First off, ignore the ruling and let him try personally try to enforce it. He doesn’t look like he could fight his way out of a wet paper bag.
Second, impeach this POS and remove it from the bench.
All the previous visa to those countries have been cancelled. What does this judge think he is going to do? Force the federal government to start issuing visas again? Good luck with that. At some point, somebody is just going to have to stand up to these judges and just say “no”. I’m hoping this will be that time and place.

My unanswered question is this:
How is it that, illegal aliens, or other foreign visitors, have constitutional rights of American citizenship?
How is it that, somehow, these liberal judges, and the liberal crowd in general, see illegals and other foreigners as having some unalienable constitutional right to enter this country in the first place???
Where is it, in our constitution or any laws, which give non-citizens any rights to freely enter this country as their own whim????
The judges and liberals who oppose Trump on this, are saying that illegals and other non citizens have American citizen constitutional rights. I disagree with that notion.
I have not heard anyone in the media, even conservative pundits, mention this concept I’ve mentioned, that liberals say that non citizens have the constitutional rights of citizens. Yet that to me is the core issue here. Do we have any right to control which non citizens enter our country, and under what circumstances they do so??? Or do we not have a right to control who enters this country??

Not sure exactly what remaining appellant remedies exist at this point.
Moreover, it’s a damned travesty that President Trump likely won’t have his Attorney General Jeff Sessions to back him up until next Wednesday at the earliest (Sessions’ final Senate confirmation will be further delayed to allow him to cast his vote for Education nominee Betsy Devos, whose fate ultimately looks to be in VP Pence’s hands).
It certainly seems that far too many people in this country are both stupid and utterly suicidal!!
All during the blankety-blank Homobama reign of error we were told that the EXECUTIVE is in charge of the borders; hence Arizona, Texas, New Mexico could NOT interfere with how the Fairy in chief wanted to handle immigration.

I hope the Bush connection is Fake News. I supported President Bush at the beginning of his first term, but at this point my respect for his judgement is circling the drain. He said “I’m a uniter, not a divider,” tried to bring the left wing fascists along, but they slit his throat everyday anyway. He never fought back, never.
At this point about the best thing I can say about President Bush is that he kept The Goron out of the White House.
