Yes, I did. You got offered lots of black and brown infants, and probably some whites born with crack or meth in their systems. But you went with a more or less known quantity.
There aren’t a large quantity of healthy, white infants from stable environments in the ‘system’. Either the mother keeps them, or a grandmother (ok, I know of one gal raised by her great grandparents). Or they can market them through an open adoption agency.
If the state has an infant, it either means the child was dumped, or or it was born into a really bad situation (which usually means drugs). There aren’t the large quantity out there for free that you seem to represent.
you are clearly clueless and running with a story you made up in your head. we got calls for WHITE infants.
I just learned this recently but I didn’t know who was involved in pushing for this.
WHY? They have a problem with kids with no future getting a future? It’s cruel and heartless. WHY?
Our city in California had a Women’s Resource Center that we helped support that (1) steered girls and women away from abortion and (2) connected them with religious-based adoption agencies.
Maybe these people should look beyond this one agency.
