The military convoy spotted on Sunday flying a Donald Trump flag near Louisville belonged to an East Coast-based SEAL unit, a Navy spokesperson told ABC News.
Military officials have launched an inquiry to determine if any misconduct can be linked to the incident. Regulations do not permit an unauthorized flag on a military vehicle.

No, it does not say “TRUMP.” Even if it did, so what. The president’s picture is on every chain of command board in the military. Once he is elected, it would not seem to be a Hatch Act violation to display his picture or flag or other tasteful articles honoring him.
They’re SEALs—of course beards are allowed.

Q: Does a pic of the POTUS hang in any offices in the DOD, on the walls in bases anywhere? If so, how the heck is flying a flag with the POTUS’s name any different from hanging his mug on the wall?

I saw the video yesterday. It really does say “TRUMP” but is flapping so violently in the breeze that it’s tough to get a clear pic of it.
I bet those SEALS sure are afraid that someone is going to holler at them. /s
No doubt the Navy SEALS were honoring a COMMANDER IN CHIEF who honored a fallen Navy SEAL.
