You’re a good guy, and I have nothing against you. There are times when you don’t want to, but you have to take a stand. This is one such time for me.

I know that you realize what we had on the line last year.

A Hillary Clinton term in the White House after Obama would have literally destroyed this nation. She would have gutted our military and quadrupled down on the social justice plank.

It would have been God awful.

It is in that light that I remind you of this.

This is what Ted was toying with last year.

If Hillary won, he could simply be the voice of Conservatism.

If Trump won, he could just glom onto whatever Trump did or said and in effect make it look like that was exactly what we could have gotten with him.

Ted never could grasp that Trump’s CEO experience would have made him ten times more productive than Ted could have ever been.

Look at the pace of Trump’s activity this year. We’ve never seen anything like it.

Ted took a pass on helping our team at the convention, and then remained silent as Beck trashed Trump non-stop. Yes Ted made a few appearances and did endorse him late in the game at a point when almost nobody was listening to him for direction.

This cannot be forgotten. Ted couldn’t grasp that it was vitally important to avoid Hillary Clinton at all cost?

That is the voice of Conservatism?

Ah..., NO!

Ted was worse than wrong about the Trump rallies. I think he was just careless rather than an informed traitor, but you are right to remember what happened and question Cruz’s trustworthiness. Trump’s victory was arguably a miracle, and if more individuals followed Cruz’s example we would have the disaster named Hillary.

Maybe you can imagine how happy I am that Hillary lost. If she were POTUS, my family would continue to be forced to choose between paying our mortgage and healthcare, while she publicly praised Obamacare.

I confess that I am a Hillary Hater. But I am glad that Cruz defended and voted for Sessions in committee.

Same here - on both counts...
