Looks like the ball is going to be in Comey’s court and my guess is he will be referring it for prosecution over to DOJ which will be Jeff Sessions.So its likely the bigger ball winds up in the hands of Sessions.

It is nice to hear that huma and carlos danger are going to get whats coming to them even at a reduced rate for squealing.,p> It's my take that Comey didn't give the massive evidence they have not only to pizzagate but on the Clinton Foundation as well over to Loretta Lynch for obvious reasons. She would have sat on it or worse yet come back on him through some lying mechanism.

So Comey is out of excuses.

Either he turns over massive amounts of evidence to soon to be nominated/approved Jeff Sessions or he's toast as FBI director.

Below is the statutory language requiring the executive agency to file special reports to congress of Major Regulations impacting over $100 million. These special reports were not sent to Congress!! That means that the 60 days allowing Congress to repeal the regulation never started!!! "the LATER of the date occurring 60 days after the date on which— (i) the Congress receives the report submitted under paragraph (1); or (ii) the rule is published in the Federal Register," One possible reason for not filing the absolutely required REPORT to Congress by the issuing agency was the requirement to reveal both cost and benefit of the regulation. Every obama care regulation -- Dodd Frank-- environmental-- energy-- etc. they are all still repealable . I understand this is breaking in the Wall Street Journal today but I do not have the link.

The clock didn't run because it did not start until the LATER of the two triggers!! Publication in the Register or filing the required special report!! Congress must get to work to over ride thousands of socialist agenda regulations that are now VOIDABLE.

Basically, the Congressional Review Act lets congress undo any Executive orders over the last 60 days very easily. Stassel dug further and learned that they can probably undo ANYTHING he did if the administration didn't file a follow up report, which no one thinks they did. All in one fell swoop. Further, then can prevent the same EO being re-applied in the future in the same basic form.

McConnell seems keen to do this to one degree or another. Trump is.

EPA, Coal, immigration, Credit protection act, the Dodds -Frank..and god knows what else.

President Trump is not suspending visas from countries his team selected, they are simply suspending visa approval from countries President Obama selected. Additionally, Trump is suspending ALL visa applications from those countries – nothing to do with Muslim applications.

• In 2013 President Obama suspended refugees from Iraq for six months. • In 2015 Congress passed, and Obama signed, a law restricting visas from states of concern; • and in 2016 Obama’s DHS, Jeh Johnson, expanded those restrictions. …. all President Trump is doing is taking the same action as Obama 2013, and applying Visa restrictions to the nation states Obama selected in 2015 and 2016.

[…] to ensure the proper review and maximum utilization of available resources for the screening of foreign nationals, and to ensure that adequate standards are established to prevent infiltration by foreign terrorists or criminals, pursuant to section 212(f) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1182(f), I hereby proclaim that the immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens from countries referred to in section 217(a)(12) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1187(a)(12), would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and I hereby suspend entry into the United States, as immigrants and nonimmigrants, of such persons for 90 days from the date of this order (excluding those foreign nationals traveling on diplomatic visas, North Atlantic Treaty Organization visas, C-2 visas for travel to the United Nations, and G-1, G-2, G-3, and G-4 visas). The President Obama Department of Homeland Security already targeted those seven listed countries for the past several years as nations of concern.

In February of 2016 the Department of Homeland Security announced that was continuing its implementation of the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015 with the addition of Libya, Somalia, and Yemen as three countries of additional concern.

DHS: “limiting Visa Waiver Program travel for certain individuals who have traveled to these countries.” DHS noted “the three additional countries designated today join Iran, Iraq, Sudan and Syria as countries subject to restrictions for Visa Waiver Program travel for certain individuals.”

President Trump is carrying out an executive action in support of the US Customs and Border Protection Act of 2015, which relates to “the Visa Waiver Program and Terrorist Travel Protection Act of 2015“. President Trump did not select seven countries – the US Congress and Obama’s Department of Homeland Security had singled out these countries.

Nowhere in President Trump’s executive order does he single out any country for VISA suspension. Instead what his XO does is say he’s suspending visa approvals from countries already outlined by the Obama administration as representing a specific threat such that they were categorized for extreme visa vetting by: 8 U.S.C. 1187(a)(12)

Truth is he does have that potential.He did reopen the case against hillary which definitely changed the focus of the election in Trumps favor and while he didn't turn over valued evidence to Loretta Lynch for prosecution the reason was pretty obvious. It would have gone no where and the evidence could have been lost or destroyed in good ol’ Clinton fashion.
