Hillary won the popular vote with La county and four boros of NYC.

Remember eight years ago when the entire land mass (other than LA, New York and Chicago) succeeded from the US?
Oh right...neither do I.

Need the ports of Long Beach and LA along with US10. Let everything north, including the San Fernando valley, go. Hollywood can relocate to the San Fernando valley, it’s the porn capital of the US, so it’s a fitting location.

Great, then Hollywood can get back to work and find out what “fair trade” is all about.

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch, you’d better believe that NorCal has no intention of leaving the United States and every intention of leaving California. The first steps are being taken now, an initiative that requires a binding constitution for the proposed ‘country’ be published before any initiative gets on the ballot, casually titled ‘You get to read it before you vote for it this time.’

California's secretary of state has given the green light for a group to take the first step in the political process for the state to secede from the United States.

California probably has enough illegal aliens registered to vote already to successfully secede. They will need to build a wall to keep the successful businesses in, especially after they increase their taxes to make up the loss of federal monies and the pay for their own defense and to maintain their formerly interstate highways. Maybe they will make them all toll roads.

Do not think it will happen if CA has anyone with common sense to think through such a foolish idea.

With all the freebies, their populaiton will increase to add all of the freeloaders. Free schools, free ice cream, free health care! Venezuela, here we come!

So, after they secede, will Kalifornians need a visa to enter Arizona?

This past election, a majority voted yes to our most stringent gun and ammo laws. The loons certainly are, and control the electorate. That doesn’t make them smart, just in control.

Exactly. Whites and blacks will be run out of California and most would bring their leftist ideas with them. Then the latinos would make California part of Mexico and California would be run and owned by by powerful drug cartels.

WooHoo!

This would be the greatest thing ever.

CA is heavily liberal but a substantial number of people would leave so as to remain Americans. CA goes right down the tubes if it tries this.

Oh well, too good to be true.

“Or just build a second wall!”

Not necessarily—just start in the east and work their way west, if they are serious about leaving then when we reach the AZ and CA borders, we can just route the wall northbound....

Most of the water is in Jefferson. Hope Los Angeles is ready for the new pricing structure for international water delivery.

Roger, just in case it does happen you are welcome
in the new great state of Jefferson. But, personally I
prefer the name California. The new nation can call
itself North Mexico for all I care.

Just fantasizing.......
