It would be a good excuse to go in clean house and start with the reconstruction process. Clean the voting up, send millions back across the border ect. Put in a puppet regime of Trump supporters. Many in their legislation were put there with illegals voting. They are not a legit state now.

Might be able to carve out the non-moonbat parts of Orange County as well. Anything that went 55% or more for Hillary should secede. Probably give some of the border towns in Imperial County to Baja California Norte.

6) Counter proposal, round up all the californians that support this petition, and ship them off in barges. They’re so bright and humanitarian; should do fine.

Better yet, apply the constitutional remedy, 14th Sect 3. All the government officials supporting this just resigned and banned themselves from future office unless pardoned by 2/3 of both US House and Senate! That includes any judges that try to rule in their favor, even US Supremes. Very efficient. pres Lincoln would approve as his biggest thing, even bigger than abolition, was to preserve the Union.
