A handwritten note from President Trump to West Virginia Senator Shelly Moore Capito is generating a lot of buzz, especially on social media. Capito wrote asking for support on the Miner's Protection Act, stalled in Congress. The President wrote back, saying: "Shelley: Great I am all for the miners." The coal industry appreciates the response.

Worked with then Rep. Capito in DC 2001. She is superb. She could easily be the first female president!
Hopefully Trump is also in favor of blowing open the highly depressed Oil and gas industry in Texas and allow it to return to its former glory.

I’ve known and supported her for years. She has done well for the state and for her own career. I go to her meetings when she comes to town just to say hello and God bless. Get on her case occasionally when she does something I don’t agree with.
Need to get Joe out of the Democrat party. He’s almost there I’ve been preaching to him for a long time, shaming him for dishonoring his family by associating with the party of abortion. He’s a good man, but the “family tradition” and the union affiliation is all that keeps him with the dems. Trump may have busted the union problem. I’ll keep working on Joe. You know this is a small state and everyone knows everyone.

I don’t know if this is such a good idea. Obama crushed the coal companies, and now Uncle Sugar has to bail out the UMW pension and health fund, some say up to $600 billion. This is all based on an extortionate agreement Truman made with the UMW after WWII.

Both India and China are building many, many new coal-fired energy plants. I’m sure there are some very good export opportunities. Recall that the satanic former Prez disallowed that mkt in his fiendish effort to punish coal companies.

Today during his Philly address President Trump said “beautiful coal”. I cheered and bust out laughing at the thought of all the lib heads exploding.
