"So CNN finally admits that Mexico has become a Parasite narco corruption state? "
Took the words right of my mouth Grace dear.
It also sounds like CNN admits that this is how Mexico will pay for the wall.

Yup! And since the main reason most Mexicans (illegal and otherwise) come to the US is to work to make money they can send to their dirt poor families back home, this strategy will make paying for the wall some other way in the best interest of their leaders.

State and USAID: In FY2014, the U.S.Government will partner with Mexico to consolidate and institutionalize the progress made as a result of ongoing bilateral security and environmental cooperation. To support the Global Climate Change (GCC) Presidential Initiative, an environmental partnership with the Government of Mexico (GOM) and other stakeholders will promote clean energy adoption, low carbon development, and sustainable forestry management to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Security cooperation will continue to be adjusted to reflect shared Mexico-U.S.priorities and the priorities of the new Mexican administration. By weakening transnational criminal organizations, reforming the institutions that sustain the rule of law, creating a 21st century border, and building stronger and more resilient communities, the UnitedStates and Mexico will ensure greater prosperity and growth on both sides of the 2,000 mile shared border. Congressional Budget Justification FY 2014 Mexico was obligated a total of $209M from the United States government in 2012, a decrease of 108% from last year's aid ($436M).
The aid Mexico was obligated is one of the highest amounts for all countries in North America (avg. $31.1M) and significantly higher than average for all countries in the world (avg. $25.9M).

Western Union charges a flat fee of $8 to send money to Mexico. Western Union can divert some of those $8 fees to help pay.

Yes. Agree. First step is to stop the welfare for illegals.

How about 25%
Nah, keep it low enough that they'll pay it, and not resort to smuggling the cash back over the border.
Don't forget, they've had plenty of practice doing this with drug money.

You are far too generous...
56.5%
33% federal income tax (Max rate)
15% SS & Medicare
8.5% State tax (Max rate)
They’re here illegally....no reason they shouldn’t pay the max rate

Nothing prevents President Trump from Ordering the Treasury Department to immediately stop accepting ALL Federal Reserve Notes and Credits from Mexico. That would FORCE them to Exchange their Federal Reserve Notes for Pesos IN THE USA, that is when we TAX THEM!

Their not supposed to get welfare now, but some states have a don’t ask don’t tell policy, and those in states that do ask the illegals just buy false ID or steal them. And if they steal them the IRS and SS don’t care.
