IMO Cruz is a better Texas Senator than John Cornyn ever will be and is certainly better than Kay Bailey, who Cruz replaced. Wouldn’t be surprised if Dewhurst runs next time and he is even worse.

Yeah, the day hasn't arrived where I'll side with an obscene liberal rag like Deadspin against a solid conservative. Cruz opposed Trump in the primary and lost. Both Trump and Cruz have gotten over it and are working together now. Their supporters would do well to understand that, and understand who the real enemy is.

Born in Canada to a Canadian, never declared a US citizen, renounced his Canadian citizenship. So he may be a citizen of nowhere.
