That’s a good one. I’d say federal union workers are all in all the laziest and the worst.
Just look at any DOT work site. YOu see far too many guys there, and the delays in getting work done tremendous.
I am quite sure the private sectors can do it cheaper and quicker and better.

They hire by the project, they hire by skill, they hire only what they need when they need it, and the government doesn’t have these people around virtually unfireable for the next 30 years
